The staff is absolutely wonderful!! My girls are geared up to go every Saturday. My girls instructor gives everything she has to her group and I can't thank her enough for the encouragement she gives to each student. It brings tears to my eyes because they look so happy when I see them working out there at the gym. I have been searching for the fiitness place for my girls and I am glad I came across The Little Gym of Colonie!!!

My LO loves this place.  The instructors were so nice and patient with her on her first day.  They assess each kids level and gives personal attention when needed.  They also teach them so they don't hurt themselves.

Full gymnastics setup for kids. With great instructors. A little bit pricey though.

I bring both my kids here- 15 months and 3 y/o. I've been bringing my 3 y/o here since she was 6 months old. Amazing classes, amazing instructors! Both my kids look very forward to going each week! They have learned a lot from these classes and always have fun!!!!
