I was all set to have a great stay at this campground and the staff initially seemed very helpful and welcoming. However, it seems that the welcoming attitude and 'community spirit' of the campsite had its limits. While we were there for a race, we invited some friends (all over 30 with children - no loud music or crazy parties here) back to the site for a quick bbq, we missed checking them in (our bad), but then we were told that we would be charged for every guest and every INFANT child, totaling $50!!!! (that was on top of the $37 per night we already paid) We were told it was because they would be using the facilities, which costs. It would have been cheaper for us to rent another site for the night. When I reread through our contract, there were no prices per guest, seems they can charge whatever they like...nice. Our guests only stayed an hour and a half and only 2 of them used any facilities!! Shockingly, the babies didn't use any of the facilities! Not that the facilities are anything to write home about. The showers are coin operated and you spend half your change waiting for the shower to 'warm up'. They are pretty run down but you are too busy rushing through your shower to notice. And our $37 per night site? Basically on top of the other campers right beside us, divided by a log. No campfire pit at our site, "but the community one is right across". Grounds were nice, but unfortunately that was outweighed by the aggressive hostile reaction we received when trying to socialize with outside friends on the site that we paid for. Won't be going back and we will be telling our large community of mountain biking friends about our terrible experience.

Beautiful campsites. A creek runs through the valley and there are little bridges crossing it. Many of the sites back against the creek so small children and dogs need to be watched closely. Features a playground and flush toilets as well as porta potties. Firewood, laundry and potable water available on site.

Had a terrible time at a previous camp ground and we stumbled upon this gem. The tenting area is absolutely amazing. Lots of trees which provide great shade during the hot days. Staff is incredibly courteous and polite and very helpful. They explained everything about the camp ground. The highway is nearby but you can barely hear it. The other campers are polite and very respectful. All in all this place is amazing. Will definitely be camping here again!

Place is awesome. Tented by the creek, couldn't hear any cars on the highway or anything, even if not by creek I couldn't hear them anyway. All campers were quiet and respectful. Campgrounds are spaced well. Showers and washrooms and extra flush toilets and extra portapotties just in case, don't know what some people are talking about? My only complaint would be the firewood, it's fine but since they are mostly kindling sized they burn too quickly. The trees and vegetation are absolutely fantastic, it doesn't feel like a campground. Stay here.

Lots of shade in spots 14-20ish. The shower is outdated though. Needs a bit of a good cleaning. I ended up with other people's hair on me (gross). The lot is nice but close together. The 15 amp was too small for our unit which was our fault. The dump station was easy. All in all, not bad. Would book again.
