Chimney Rock Family Campground

The perfect getaway camping experience! Our campsite was nestled among the trees which offered the perfect balance of shade and sun during the heat of summer. Right next to our site was a creek that provided a peaceful and natural white noise to our experience. While not directly on the lake, the campground is only a short walk to the beach. As for the facilities… the washrooms were kept spotlessly clean and have great privacy each “stall” has its own shower, toilet, and sink so there’s no tripping over strangers. The water on-site is potable which made cooking MUCH easier as we were tenting. On top of all this… the owners are the nicest people! Extremely accommodating and friendly. P.S. I highly recommend ordering an icecream while you’re here. Trust me… you won’t regret it:

We really loved the campsite. It was shaded, clean and beautiful. The creek was a huge perk for us! Belle and Taylor were such great hosts! They were so helpful and really made us feel welcomed when we were there. Plus they bring their cute animals around to say hi : We would definitely come again :

We stayed for a week in early July 2022. Simply put, it was divine! We booked a large tenting site near the stream, which Belle & Taylor our hosts selected a beautiful site for us. We spent seven magical days in our large tent and also utilized both the super clean bathrooms as well as the dish wash station. By having the bathrooms and dish wash stations available, we did not have to fuss at camp trying to clean ourselves or the dishes, lol. We also, paid a premium for a PRIVATE bathroom, if available which included a bathtub... Midweek bath with bath salts & candles ours at a campsite was glorious. Locking the door to this bathroom and keeping our grooming stuff locked away & private was a luxury. Belle & Taylor made us feel part of the family and they also brought the cutest 2 small bunnies, Darling and Willow, as well as, Biggie the fierce puppy ; for campsite visits. Much love to both!! Already booked for next year 2023.

We had a wonderful time at this campground / resort. The hosts Belle and Taylor are amazing. The campground is clean and beautiful with a creek running through it....and they really do make you feel welcome with all the added little touches that you do not find at other campgrounds. I highly recommend staying here. A hidden gem and special place.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were so lovely and the washrooms were really clean. The little touches around the campground were special notes on the mirrors, table cloth put up for our arrival, mini solar lights left out on the picnic table. My kids also loved the playing in the creek, we will most definitely be back next year!

I visited July/22 for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience!!! The camping cabin is best described as a chic boutique cabin.. so cute!! I went with my teenagers, I took the cabin and they pitched a tent at the site next to the cabin. We spent about 10 hours a day down on the beach, just coming back for a bbq lunch and later in the evening for a camp fire supper. The hosts are superb, very accommodating and friendly. The bathroom facilities are right out of a Hawaiian resort. And so clean. We will definitely be back!!

This was exactly what we needed. This resort is a little haven that has everything you could possibly need while taking a break from the city. We loved that they also offered day camps for the kiddos. My little girl is still talking about Ms. Belle. The couple that owns and runs this resort are amazing down to earth genuine people. We knew pretty much right away that this would become our yearly go to spot. The resort is very well maintained and perfect.

Our family stayed at this campground back when it was Martian's Landing, and we had not been since it changed to Chimney Rock. This year we booked our week in July over the BC Day weekend, and it was wonderful. The campground was super clean, the RV site was perfect for our unit. We experienced the peacefulness and serenity of the surroundings. Our hosts Belle and Taylor, went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The bath house was a bonus, super clean and refreshing. The most relaxing part was walking the grounds, sitting and listening to the creek running through the camp. You should definitely visit Chimney Rock Camping Resort. We would give it 1000 if it was allowed. It was a truly incredible stay. The place has everything you need to spend an unforgettable rest time. Every detail of the place makes you be in a fairy tale throughout your stay. The atmosphere is calm, the camping spaces are very comfortable. The bathrooms are a clean and well-kept space where you can take a pleasant shower at the beginning and at the end of the day. Belle & Taylor are two great hosts and we can't forget their beautiful puppie and his tricks. We will come back and recommend them to all our friends. If you are hesitating to make your reservation, do it now and you will not regret it. Thank you Belle & Taylor for putting love and magic in every corner of the campsite. We will be back soon. LOVED our stay at Chimney Rock Resort. The hosts/owners are very friendly and welcoming. Our tenting spot was super private and right next to a creek. Facilities are very clean and appreciated the dishwashing station and laundry! Very short 5min walk to the store/beach. Looking forward to our next stay!
