Hidden Lake Forest Preserve

First time being at this location . I went out and did some ice fishing and did pretty good for not knowing this body of water caught two little large mouth one crappie and a hand full of blue gills . I was using a white Glo jig with purple Maki Plastics about 10 to 13 F.O.W 1 to 2 feet off the bottom by the fish cribs. Will definitely have to give this lake a try in the summer . Great hike, good length, but be cautious of ticks and mind your step for oodles of scat

Love this place. Great place for a quiet walk in nature. You can get beautiful pictures here and see some wildlife like fish and birds.

By far the best lake, especially if you have kids. The hidden lake is great, and you can ride your bike, go fishing and just a great place to relax.

Fun walk and nice shirt paths. Great place for doing under 2 miles. Or you can loop both sides and get a little over 3 miles.
