Hero Certified Burgers - Leslie & Elgin Mills

Normally, Hero Burgers has my favorite crispy chicken burger and tenders. However, this location in particular uses a new set of automatic air fryers and is probably some of the worst food I've ever had from any fast food establishment, ever. The employee was telling me that all locations are switching to this type of design and if that's the case, I'm going to enjoy the locations without this horrible system as long as I can. If these new cooking methods are used universally, I'm literally never going to Hero again. Absolutely vile, tasteless, and borderline raw food.

Great location, amazing food and service! The store looks great after the new renovation. The food is well prepared and healthy. They use air fryer machine which results in healthy juicy food. The staff are very helpful and polite! Highly recommended!

For starters, they only have kiosks to take your order, therefore it's very impersonal and you are unable to specify how you want your order done. Then they mixed up the orders with other customers. We waited 20 min to get cold potentially undercooked burgers which resulted in my partner getting sick. Would not recommend eating here at all.

First time trying Hero Burger. Made my own, toasted perfectly, tasted great. Partner got a smash burger. Biggest con is that you can’t subtract any ingredients in the pre set burgers for allergies You have to tell the worker to write it down.

We hadn’t gone to a Hero Burgers for a while, but since we were in the area and there was a March Break Special we went. When we ordered they didn’t know there was a March Break Special, however after showing them the deal on the website they did acknowledge the deal and gave us the offer. Our combo included 2 4oz Combos and 2 Junior Combos, we side ordered an extra onion rings I forgot to change one of the fries and chicken strips. For their quality of food, portion, their price is decent. The environment was bright and clean and more spacious compared to other stores we’ve been to.

I am one of the old customers of this branch, and I must say that since the renovation, it has become a very pleasant atmosphere and you will always be met with the good manners of the staff here. Thank you for the services you provide.

No wonder the store closed for few months, they are not good at doing food services. First time experience was bad.

Great fast-food restaurant, friendly staff, and most importantly healthy menu that contains fresh ingredients. Highly recommended, especially BlueMoon, Action Hero, & Korean BBQ meals! Parking: big plaza with huge parking spot Dietary restrictions: Vegeterian, gluten free options
