Bacon is raw and inedible, and then the mix and match long sandwiches are just regular burgers ripped in half or two smaller very thin burgers. I honestly shouldn't expect much but this is awful. The dining area is filthy and has an awful smell to the entire place, I would avoid this place entirely as you make get food poisoning.Food: 1/5
I don’t leave many, if any, negative reviews but this BK location is just bad. Dirtiest location I have ever seen with fries, nuggets, sauces , grease all over the floors and workstations. They even screwed up my order. Surprise. Won’t be back.
I ordered the salad with dressing and crouton but both were missing from my order. Updated Sep 7, 2021 The interior is clean and well maintained. A lot of items are no longer available due to covid, such as free refill and napkins. But this is understandable. Burger is delivered to me in the right temperature, meat is cooked well but not burnt. My special request eg. No onion has been followed. But the problem is I actually went for drive thru but was told food is not ready yet and ask me to go in store. There is no way to wait in car, which is super inconvenient.
Good burgers. The prices are good too compared to other burger restaurants. It's even better when they have a promotion which happens quite often. I also like the size of the Whopper. Unlike its competitor, you'll feel satisfied after having one.Food: 4/5

I ordered 2 whopper combos with a poutine. You guys sent me ice cold fries and burgers with the cheese curds in a packet. And no gravy. Cmon guys.
Restaurant has improved since new management took over. Very organized, and friendly staff. I'm a regular morning customer , usually at DT and my order is always accurate. I must say having new management makes a huge difference. Keep it up guys.
Going in person I don't have very many issues food is usually fresh and hot. DO NOT SKIP the order! This is what you may receive different colors of chicken, soggy bread, yellow lettuce, and very little mayo, not to mention is comes cold.
Disorganized. Enough staffing but without training and been set in a position without expectations. Or cannot meet the expectations. Been there for 15 mins. to wait for my order. End up it missed a burger. In between I overheard different complaint as, given wrong order to wrong person, missed cheese, missed burger. The manager is the only one who know what he is doing. Update: No improvement, still as terrible as. Is it because of cost saving, you do not include nor even ask what sauce I need for your $4.99 8 pieces chicken nuggets + Large Fries? Or none of your members' been trained to understand nuggets need to provide sauce? Or my expectation is too high for not just your location, but the whole Burger King chain?
