Always a good time here. When you go, make sure you take some time to check out the original rides. They have some of the oldest functioning rides in the world... really cools. Also, their brunches are very good and worth the money - if you go for brunch, you get admission included. I have loved this place since I was little. The only reason that it is at 4 stars is because they are starting to switch to store made instead of homemade in some of their attractions.

The building itself is beautiful to look at solid wood beams, stone work. This is how I would build my house if I won the lottery. Really interesting Gasoline Alley. They have a bunch of old vehicles plus all kinds of the old gas station pumps. The food is amazing there but it is not cheap.

The park is nice place to spend a sunny afternoon in the summer with a small fair ground, sweets, and some interactive history lessons. They also have various events for adults such as the beer brewing workshop. We come here in the winter months for the Sunday Brunch at the Wainwright Hotel - it's good value with coffee/tea/juice included with your meal. The usual brunch fare is laid out along with a plethora of freshly made sweets, a cheese platter, and fruit. The only negative thing we always seem to experience is that we struggle for refills on coffee/tea each time, but if you don't mind asking and have a bit of patience, you do always end up with some hot coffee.

This is a great place for kids and families. I am lucky to be able to see the locomotives they have store at the park, they are impressive. They also have a crane that is actually in running order. You need to check this place out. Your kids will love it as well as your family..

I have given five stars but this place is worth more. What a lovely end to our holiday. The entrance fee may sound on the high side but everything is included, which is brilliant. The food, ice cream and drinks were sold at a very low price and for a change they didnt take advantage of the customers. Some of the staff are volunteers, and every single one made our visit a beautiful one. What a brilliant day out and I cannot recommend this place enough.
