The interior design and architecture of this building is just magnificent. Everything is clean and tidy and the facilities are great. The exhibits are well thought out with plenty of walking space between cases so it doesn't feel cramped. The upper floor exhibits are really great for children if you're looking for an affordable outing to keep then occupied with the many interactive exhibits and activities they have to offer. There's plenty of seating around the museum for if you're legs get tired, as it could take an easy 3-4 hours making your way around all the floors if you like reading all the information on the pieces, like myself. Pack a lunch though, as there isn't really anything to eat inside. It would be a great yearly visit with the amount of changes they're always making t8 the exhibits. Definitely enjoyable.

This museum is a rare gem in Calgary. I love the variety of exhibits. I wish a yearly membership was more attainable for me. But I thoroughly enjoy every visit. I do find it oddly quiet there but also respect the quiet as well. I have loved the visits and would go weekly if I could. Really wish they had more evening events or times so I could visit after work. A great place for a date or a family hang out or a friendly date too. The cynical heart within me is quieter when I'm here. I also find I'm eager to grow and learn after being here. I find the activist and compassionate soul in me comes alive. Such amazing artwork and exhibits. The store also holds gifts of wide pricing range for all class of purchasers to be able to get something.

First time I had been to the Glenbow. And I want to go back. The tour glossed over some areas where I would have loved to spend more time. But the afternoon we had the pleasure of Blair sharing information about the Blackfoot Confederation. I could have spent hours hearing his stories and teachings. The kids loved the geology area, and the Asian area was wonderful. Thank you Blair and the staff of the Glenbow- looking forward to a return visit in the future!

We had a great time here. It was a free family event and it was surprisingly not too busy! We got to do arts and crafts and my daughter really enjoyed the scavenger hunt. There really is a lot to see and lots of different exhibitions to look at. The gift shop has nice handcrafted pieces for purchase
