They quoted you for lower price but when they started working your vehicle it end up of higher price they said they did something else

Got my brakes done here a year ago, and they were making strange noises. I was under the impression that maybe new brakes sounded like this. It was an improper install that was fixed by toyota mayfield. I also had an oil change at the same time and became suspiscious after coming in contact with oil on my steering wheel. I checked my oil when i got home to discover they had put 2 litres in my 5.3L engine. No wonder it only cost me $50, which came out to $85 after i topped it up. Greasy like the oil covered steering wheel i put my hands on. The owner seems pretty good from previous occasions, but his apprentices are the reason ill never go back there.

When I got a quote on the repair I needed I was hesitant at first because the price was really low. But at that time they were the only one that guarantee it will be done in 4 hours. So I hesitantly took the vehicle there & much to my surprise it was done in 3 hours and I've been driving it for over a month now with no issues. Lesson learned here is don't let the bad neighborhood deter you, don't let the very low price deter you, and be a little patience the wife and husband has a heavy accent so sometimes it's hard to understand. But these people know what there doing so be patient and you'll save allot of money by taking your repairs here.

They appreciate that some folks are on a tight budget and still treat them as valued customers. I've had several occasions to go there and am very satisfied with their service.
