Joel and his team have provided our Condo Board with solid service for over a decade. The quality of service, consultation and communication has improved over the years. Would recommend.

My business has been recently broken into. Helm property management is in charge of our building and the video surveillance. We have been trying to get video footage from them for the RCMP for 2 weeks and they have been completely unresponsive. I would not recommend this company.
