Simple and easy. I click what I want and get it in a few days. Even if a product is on back order, I still get it in a reasonable amount of time. Plus the prices are way better than if you go to other pharmacies to buy the same product.

When I asked for a refund of two online purchased Santeria filters, which I bought 3 and a half months ago, I received as an answer that I could return the package unharmed, unopened, and non-used to the address where it came from, for which I could receive in return a instore credit, which I can use for buying another product from Healthy Planet online towards the value of this credit. I was thankful and excepted the offer. The person on the telephone helped me very kindly.
