It is a military fitness centre just off base in Comox. Great for families or individuals that want to be active.

This gym is for military and local rcmp only... unless you buy a membership that is in my opinion too much for the facilities... mind you I did not get to see the gym itself

Nice pool, big weight and cardio rooms and a bunch of wild bunnies live behind the place!
