First time eating here on Valentine’s Day. Loved the casual atmosphere. Food was great! Especially the tomato basil chilli mussels! Our server Josh was just awesome! Definitely will be going back again. To try other items on the menu.

Both the wife and I have been here a few times during the summer months. Good food, service and atmosphere. Gr8 selection of beers, and yes at the end of the day I do leave with both shoes on.

Friendly service, but it was not very fast. Had to send back my burger because it was burnt, but a replacement came fast and was delicious. Great selection of beers.

Love the mini oyster bar. My friend and I posted up and drank beer for a few hours. Staff were friendly and we got a good buzz. Calamari was good (full of garlic - tasty!) Muscles were a little bland though. Probably wouldn’t get them again.

I had the curry prawn linguine which had a good portion of prawns and the creamy sauce was delicious! I would absolutely recommend Hawthorne for anyone visiting the Cloverdale area and looking to have a good meal and beer!
