Thaï Express

Zero stars. I've been here multiple times and asked for VEG sauce in my dish. Luckily I had noticed that the veg sauce comes from the fridge and nearly every single time the cook scoops the fish sauce from the cook top. I normally quickly say " veg sauce please!" before they add it but I ALWAYS get a "did you order veg sauce" response. YES, YES I DID. It is always on the receipt they make the order from. The one time I mentioned that I consistently have this issue the response from the team was "Well we gave you a free dish". No you did not, you remade the one I had already paid for and did not return my money. I DO NOT trust this shop and will not be going back. I'm tired of the attitude and tired of babysitting the cooks.

ZERO stars! Ordered Pad Thai and Fried Rice. Pad Thai was pretty much noodles and not rice noodles but some thicker style of noodles with sauce. There were 4 shrimps, but I could not find any bean sprouts and /or egg. There were 4 shirmps but the oil it was fried in was burnt and old. Not going to this location again. Usually love Thai Express and have been to this location before but I guess business is not good and they go the cheap route and cut corners everywhere. Fried Rice was mainly rice as well, with a bit of chicken and few pieces of carrot ....sad really.

I am editing my review. I originally gave them 2 stars for very slow service but my last visit has been much better. The fried rice was very good too.

Fast and clean spot! The owner(s) are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. It's nice to be recognized as a regular even though I visit about once or twice a month only.

I go here regularly. The service is amazing and so is the food. Anyone who says differently is full of it.
