Highly unprofessional in the paperwork with lots of omissions and errors. Never work in the interests of the client and never tried to negotiate for the client for a better terms. Rushed through deal just to get his cut of profit with min efforts. Worst agent I have seen. I don't recommend this real estate agent. Don't get fooled by the good reviews and other awards he got.

Mike did a great job assigning my contract. He is very knowledgeable and professional and is highly recommended!

My wife and I have been working with Mike for almost 2 years and only just purchased our first place through him.  He has been incredibly patient and more importantly, honest throughout the entire process.

Mike has a great deal of knowledge of all of the homes we viewed and was clear in describing the pros and cons of each neighborhood,  building and strata.  

I would recommend Mike to all of my friends and family looking to buy or sell a home in Vancouver.
