Story

We are proud to say that we did it first. We are Ottawa’s first Organic hair studio. At Lucas Nault we have an extensive recycling program, energy efficient lighting (not just compact fluorescent, we mean right down to the wires). Organic ammonia-free hair colour (98% organic ingredients). Our own exclusive products developed by Lucas himself. Session Organics hair care, by Lucas Nault Minerals.

The studio may be small ,but our talent and environmental practices are top notch. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience.

Cant say enough about Melissa’s talent!! Not only did she give me the gorgeous balayage I wanted, but she managed to do it over some very badly botched colors, cuts and straightening treatments from other supposedly experienced, “high-end” salons. This studio seems to invest a great deal in their staff’s training and well-being, and it shows through the pride the stylists take in their work and the empathy they have for their clients. Thank you Melissa for the understanding and the amazing results!!!

I've been going to the Laurier location for my hair cuts and I've always been completely satisfied. Today I tried out The Organic Salon, Tammy was so great, gave me such great service and a really really nice haircut. Would recommend both these locations. Knowledgeable/friendly staff and really great service Everytime.

First time going here and I went specifically cause it was a local business and offered a student discount. I’ve been to a place in Rideau Centre multiple times and each time I’ve been overcharged for a simple bang trim and have been treated like trash. Lucas Nault was a completely different experience. Great customer service from Angelo, from hanging up my coat to listening to exactly how I wanted my hair cut. He was really good at bringing my layers back to life and was extremely meticulous when blow drying my hair so it would sit right. Loved the cut and loved the price even more! One thing I’d like to see though is a cleaner space, either tidying up stations or making sure all hair is sweeped up after a cut into a pan and not under the stations. Would recommend to a friend for sure
