Dorothy is the most talented hair colour technician and stylist I have ever been to, and I have been to many. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their hair products. You can purchase professional hair colour from this store without a hairdressers licence. I have been going to Hair Essentials for over 10 years. You will not be disappointed. Carla B.
