Alt+ Quartier DIX30

Perfect location, right inside the mall with lots of shopping and food, but also really close to the train station to get into town easier! The parking is underground and very easy to access but you probably won't need a car when it comes to exploring the place around this hotel. The hotel room was beautiful and the view was nice. It felt like a home away from home and I had an easy slumber.

We had a great experience and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Marianne and her team decorated the room for our longer stay. The hotel itself is very nice, well-furnished and designed, and there's free citrus water. The breakfast was also great, and the staff are friendly and efficient. There's free parking in the mall's underground parking, and tons of nearby stores and restaurants. It's a great choice as a home base if you need to get around the South Shore. The new commuter train to downtown Montreal is right there and comes frequently if you don't want to worry about parking. The hotel bar has a good selection of wines. Overall an excellent experience and would return.

It is a great accommodation for those who want something away from Montreal for a great price beware of a deposit on top of your booking price as they need it once you arrive.nnLocated in the Dix30 plaza, it's a nice place to walk around and window shop. It's near the REM station, but it's a little bit of a pain to walk back and forth if you do plan to go to Montréal often as it's situated far from the DIX30 plaza entrance.nnAmenities were fantastic. My personal favorite was the complimentary water jug at the lobby that's changed frequently flavors include orange and mint, mint, and lemon.nnThere's also bar les cousins beside the lobby if you fancy a drink or live music. Overall, it was a fun vibe just being near there.

This Hotel is a 10/10. I have been twice now and the staff is great, the rooms are spacious. I absolutely love the modern look and feel. There was a live band at the restaurant on Saturday night so that was really nice. The food at the restaurant was also really good and they made a room extra special this time around .nnThank you Escad we loved our stay

What can I say, I was impressed from the second I arrived. The staff was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I was in my van, which can be difficult traveling in city environments being over 24' long and needing at least a 12' clearance, and when I asked where I could park, the front desk clerk simply advised me I could park it right there at the front entrance and he would make sure it was ok. This was a huge load of stress taken off my shoulders right away. The room was clean, had an amazingly hot water perfect after escaping 20° weather rain head shower, and the bed was perfectly soft and cozy with great sheets...I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning downstairs was surprisingly good! I am not easy to impress when it comes to breakfast. Just an all around great experience and I would totally recommend to anyone.
