Very nice home, very nice hostess. If you want a very quiet relaxing getaway, this is it. Nikki gets up every morning to bake fresh bread for her guests, and will accommodate for allergies when needed. The breakfasts are great and the portions large. The rooms and the house are so clean. I will be headed back as soon as possible

Excellent host and the food was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and very at home feeling there.  Host provides discount to restaurant and local wineries.  The house is gorgeous and very clean.

Nicky is a very gracious host who serves a delicious cooked breakfast,  great coffee and a clean,  modern room. Easy access to town and Niagara Falls.

Excellent B&B off the main streets but close to everything. Great hostess and a fine breakfast. The Merlot room with its king size bed was a wonderful place to land after a long day out and around. Definitely worth repeating.

Conveniently located within 10-15 mins walking distance from downtown. The owner is genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the complementary homemade breakfasts are a great way to start the day! The home is very well maintained and impeccably clean, you could never tell anyway was even living in it!
