Nice room with access from outside or inside. Breakfast was a set menu and quite good: fruit with yogurt, scrambled eggs on a croissant with tomato, basil and crispy cheese. Location I'd just a short walk from from the main shopping area of Niagara on the lake.

My husband and I stayed on 8/7 thru 8/10/2015. This B&B was very comfortable, extremely clean and the owners were very attentive to their guests. Phyllis and Doug had wonderful suggestions for activities or dinner. The breakfasts were great, nice diversity in the menus. I would stay again without doubt! We stayed in the harvest room but next time I would like to stay in the garden room, this due strictly to my trouble using stairs. Harvest room is on main level but you still need to climb approx 8 steps.
