Gray Duck Tavern

I had an overall very enjoyable experience at Gray Duck Tavern. I went there to meet a couple of friends for drinks and dinner. The service was friendly and there was no wait. Our drinks came up right away, as did our food, which was excellent! We split the medium size rosemary french fries, which were great and the medium size was plenty for 4 people. The ambiance was nice, it had TVs playing but was a definite step up from sports pubs/bars. It was lively without being too noisy. I'll definitely go again!

Gotta give this one just an okay. The meal started out REALLY promising as the starter, snacks, soup and salad we had were all good. The deviled duck egg was particularly good. However, the entree and cut meats really left something to be desired. Couple that with the fact our waiter/bartender recommended our least favorite dishes, I have to just give the gray duck 3 stars. Also their cocktail menu was under whelming. Their house made tonic made the gin and tonic taste like a margaretta... Not bad... Just not a gin and tonic either...

Great place to pop in for some good drinks and good food. We sampled some of the snacks. All were excellent. The waiter was very nice and on top of our needs. Thank You

Staff has been friendly, the 2 times we've ordered food from here. The Animal Burger is absolutely, delicious. We haven't dined in yet, but wouldn't hesitate to do so. Thanks guys.

Hands down my current favorite spot! Did a variety of small plates and all were so yummy! The gin & tonic tasted like summer in a glass. Excellent flavors and presentation - BOLD BOLD BOLD, new and creative. I am going back for dinner. St. Paul is starting to become cool again!
