Afro Deli & Grill: St. Paul

Very friendly, casual, clean, and tasty. Not overpriced. Portions are just right. Greeted right away. Really nice place for lunch.

Really good African food with a Hispanic influence-you can get an African burrito! Good prices and very fast. Would highly recommend the chicken fantastic.

Thought it was good, quality food but nothing to brag about. 3/5 stars on the food. People call it "the best lunch deal" but the prices were a bit steep to be considered a "deal". $8 for the food, $2.50 for a pop might be a deal for downtown but you don't have to drive far to find more for less. Would go back again but am not going to actively find ways to return. Staff was noticeably friendly and helpful which is why I rate them as 4 stars instead of 3. ** Don't arrive right at noon, Ecolab and Wells Fargo are right there and the line is out the door. 11:45 or else 12:35 are the times based on what I saw.

Food is amazing! Get the chicken fantastic, sambusas, coconut shrimp and hot sauce! Really glad they opened a Saint Paul location with extended hours. It's crazy busy during the weekday lunch hour. Best time to go is after 5pm.

Always busy, however they are fast and food is usually very good. At times it's too dried out or not enough sauce given. Not many areas to sit, but again it is worth it. Pricing is good for what u get.
