Our room was small but comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant. The coffee shop served LavAzza and I enjoyed several macchiato espressos. The drunks were much better than the typical national chain coffee shops and they also had good quality pastries.

The workout facility was better than most hotels. But unfortunately no whirlpool, sauna or pool. 

The hotel seems to have a lot of conference traffic but it wasn't a big deal.

Very nice property with excellent staff. The location is great, nice and close to restaurants, winter festival and many other things. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable

Nice looking hotel, but a little upset with their lost and found procedures.  I left something in my room and they make you go through a process of filling out some information online, and they claim they will respond.  Well, here we are 3 days later without a response, when if I was able to speak to someone it could have been resolved in a matter of 5 minutes.  Very poor system for a “classy” hotel.

Guest service is at a 9+ at this beautiful hotel. From the initial phone call to check-in. James, the front desk supervisor was so very helpful, thorough and professional. I had a very important client sent to the hotel and he was taken care of perfectly!

Attended a professional event in the evening. The venue is larger than it appears on the outside. The event rooms were quite nice. Decor was tasteful and the tables and chairs were clean and not beat up. The food was pretty good although it felt like the chef might have over thought the food just a bit. While satisfying a flavorful, there were just a few too many ingredients for my taste. Overall however it was a good experience.
