Toye Recreation Campground

Charming, if slightly run down. Camp sites needed attention.

I love this place. So what it is not all sparkly and clean, it's a campground. Electricity, water, and sewer are all good and functional. Large campsites and lots of hills and trees. The owner Dan is top notch and very accommodating. Restaurant has great food and comfortable atmosphere. If you are looking for a campground with structured activities for young kids this is not the place. More fit for adults wanting a place to stay while working in the area or just a getaway. If I am ever in the area again I would stay here.

i used to make weekend trips up after graduation from william paterson.found it by accident.really enjoyed my time here.family run,campsites,cookouts...back then i think i paid about 5bucks to spend the day there.

It is a great place to stay. It is close to action park. I strongly suggest that you give it a try
