The location and the truck are both just amazing. I’ve come across the truck multiple times at events and I’m always super excited when I see it. The staff is always super friendly and I think they might even recognize me because they see me so much. One time the lady wrapping the grilled cheeses noticed mine was a little over cooked and promptly started a fresh one while letting me know it was only going to be a minute more because she wasn’t happy with how it was made originally. That’s some serious customer service.

This is possibly my favorite grilled cheese. A Hamilton home grown company! The lumberjack is awesome, we also had the French Onion on our last visit.... Soooo good! The staff are friendly and helpful. An excellent place for lunch!

Staff are very friendly and entertaining and the food is great. A bit high in pricing but nothing outrageous or ridiculous! Definitely worth the price once you try it!

Graeme, Andy and the staff are always so friendly. Great food for a decent price. The Clubber Lange is my new favourite. A grand-slam of flavour, with juicy tender chicken, bacon, cheese, etc. Another home run. I love Gorilla Cheese!

Very friendly owners and staff. Basically a Hamilton legend, as it was one of the pioneers of the food truck boom we are seeing now. The food is always top notch, and I have tried many of their grilled cheeses. Great cheese selections and always crispy and golden bread.
