The staff are all very friendly, and this location is great because it’s very spacious.nToday, I also saw how thoroughly the women’s change room was being cleaned, which I really appreciated.nHowever, it seemed like I used the sauna room before it was cleaned, and that area was not clean at that time.nHopefully, the sauna room will also be kept clean next time I visit.

5 GoodLife location, I switch it up and go to this one along with the stone church location. This one is great to get a quick workout in, staff at the front and the manager are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind! Lots of space, change rooms are always very clean and just love coming here. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Usually I love this location, but today, Dec 24, 2025, I had a bad experience with the female staff. I wish I caught her name, but I didn’t and that’s why I’m writing in detail. I walk in at 530 and she tells me, very aggressively and with such a bad attitude “you know we’re closed in 25 minutes, right?!?” I smile and say “no problem, I’ll be out of here.” I finish up and she meets me in the locker room mind you, other women were also there and not finished, proceeds to yell at me “we’re closed!” As she sees me rushing to get out. I am not sure what this lady’s issue is with me or what issue she has in general, but I don’t appreciate being treated like this as I did nothing wrong. I hope to find out her name, and I will escalate this as needed. It’s Christmas Eve, it’s not okay to treat your paying members this way. She needs to be held accountable for her behavior.nMerry Christmas

Be aware all this place cares about is getting your banking information immediately and telling you its all good no obligations fast talking i got no free trial mentioned at all to see if it was for me just BS and smoke machines and mirrors.. I had just went in to see the place not sure on signing up they went ahead and asked for my card and pushed me acting like no obligation not to worry i ended up not signing up i thought and never went back they went ahead and was charging my savings bank account for over a year without me knowing because my money should be sitting still in it so i didnt have to look at it at all they totally took advantage of me this probably has happened to lots of people i bet .I couldn't believe it taking a large amount of money out in that time when I finally noticed and called the lady on the phone was rude and said all they can do is give me a free 2 week trial pass I said that's what i should've got from the beginning she was laughing saying I should've checked my bank account and canceled that's my fault and hung up on me . The bottom line is I want my money back they totally played me . It would be nice if the management could correct this respectfully UPDATE after calling the 1800 number they posted and spoke to them at main office and finding out they had basically stolen $1,300 of my money out of my account without me knowing they said they will not refund any of my money or do anything at all to make this right in anyway so basically they took a easy clean $1,300 from me wow now thats what you call a dirty way to do business and treat people totally unfair and wrong. I want this to be corrected and my money back just like anybody else would it says this fitness company makes 1.4 billion in revenue and you can't even give me back my $1,300 and be fair at all in any type of way and do a clean way of business thats just wrong . i want my money back

Love this gym , I upgraded because I used to go to fit 4 less. This actually feels like a club. Love the women’s section and the giant room that’s always empty. I feel the personal training is too expensive … and they try to push it on you $$$ as there is so many options to get you
