Absolute absurd service and the pricing is hilarious. 4 people staring at their cell phones and they tell you to sit down, "sir." Not to mention, corporate rates are laughable. Join a real gym. Wake up, people. You'll never find progress dealing with people who don't give a - - - -. I don't even blame the people working, I blame the establishment and the individuals managing these people.

No towel service and my husband had items taken from his bag which was locked in his locker during his workout. There are many better locations in Hamilton including three new locations.

I've been going to this gym for 5 years. It's a GoodLife that lets you train your way. 3 of the trainers have been there for quite a few years. My only real issue is they have too much cardio equipment. More weights and less machines. It's gotten busier in the last 2 years with the addition of McMaster University in the mall.
