I like the members and equipment and staff. The people are pretty friendly and the equipment is good quality. Unfortunately the facilities are not maintained well which is sad because the roof leaks in many places and water fountains are often not working or lights don't work, floor is bubbling up, treadmills break down and don't get repaired etc. If they invested in repairs it would be a much better place. On the other hand it is cheaper than some other gyms.

A 2/3 year member. I'm usually there during the graveyard hours. If any of the staff sees this...Please fix the sauna or replace it all together. It's been unreliable for months. This was the biggest perk to this place. It WAS one if not the only gym in Hamilton that HAD a working wet sauna.

Update: The Sauna is not working as of  May 31 2018. It's always a hit or miss. It just keeps breaking down. Over and Over again. I'm wondering why they refuse to replace the machine. It's down 1/2 the time. 

What's happening with the air conditioner? Why hasn't it been working? It gets VERY hot during Graveyard when there's maybe 5 people in the gym. I cant imagine the how hot it would get during peak hours... Sure, machines break down.. But it's been like that for well over a year.

I'll add to your list:
Fix Roof- It leaks.. I don't want to slip on a puddle on the floor nor breath in mold.

Fix floor- its bubbled up. I'v seen multiple people trip on the rubber. 

Hire some more cleaning staff-  I'v left a water bottle wrapper on the sauna bench to see how often it gets cleaned. It was there for 2 weeks. That's alot of testicle sweat to be sitting on.

I like this gym for the people who work there and the environment. Have been a member here for over two years and loving it so far! Just wish the ceiling over the bench press area was fixed. Had a drop of water fall in my mouth while doing bench press. No biggie though!

I cancelled my account and I paid my fees, and they took money out of my bank after 3 business days, I went in the next day and told me they made an error and I will get my money back, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money. Very shady.

Haven't been a member in over 3 years but last week they took over $100 out of my bank account. I've called several times and have been told they will look into it and call me back but never do. Every time I call back I have to leave my name and number for someone to return my call but they never call back. Do not give this gym your banking information unless you want to be robbed.
