Great gym. Has everything you need. Although, personally I think the place would benefit from putting the machines from the first floor onto the second. Would help save travel time between floors!

I’ve joined Goodlife Fitness for a year now and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer my fitness journey! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. my overall favorite staffs are Ana, Vince, Rosa and Tyrone. The variety of equipment is impressive, catering to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.nnWhat I love most is the range of classes offered, from energizing body step sessions to calming yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, providing personalized attention that makes a real difference. I’ve already seen improvements in my strength and endurance, and I look forward to every workout!nnThe facilities are clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant environment to exercise. Plus, the community vibe is fantastic; I’ve made some great friends here!nnOverall, if you’re looking for a gym that has everything—excellent equipment, diverse classes, and a supportive community— Goodlife Fitness is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Katie, what a trainer! Body mechanics, proper form, balance, core work, she knows it very well. Consistent, detailed oriented, determined and supportive. She believes we can do hard work and with her I do hard work and I love it. If you are looking for a trainer, a good one, look her up. I love my sessions with her. And, she is fun tontrain with.

Good enough GoodLife Fitness location. It is spacious and fairly airy with more windows than most of their locations in the Ottawa area. The bonus with this 24/7 location is it is less crowded than most other GoodLife locations in Ottawa. Like most Goodlifes, you pay a premium rate but get low-cost change room cleanliness. Change room floor is always filthy and lockers are often dirty and in state of disrepair missing doors, broken hinges. Like most Goodlifes, there are very few rules and those that exist are rarely enforced. This results in a very relaxed atmosphere, however you have to accept loud dropping of weights and wet locker room floors from snow boots in locker room in winter.

What can I say about this gym and the staff, firstly 5 stars doesn't seem like enough to accurately convey the impressive level of care and atmosphere curated here by Rashad and his staff. I've been attending this specific location for about a year now and cannot recommend it enough. It's not the largest goodlife location however it is usually very well maintained especially by one team member named William. The staff at this location take thier roles seriously and foster an award winning atmosphere that makes you feel as if you're being greeted by an old friend whether you're coming or going at various times. I've seen clients transformed by trainers since I've been here with big smiles upon thier faces while doing training. Highly recommend this location and I think all goodlife fitness centers could take a page from thier book. 10 out of 10.
