Really like this gym. The staff is super nice. The gym is always clean. It also has many classes to go to and they are great including Aqua fit, group cycling and Yoga. Swimming pool is also available at this location. Over 150 machines in the main hall and also many of them are available at the upper floor.

Everyone is really friendly. It is really to sign up for a person trainer to really help you stay on track. They gym is usually well maintained the only issues are the changing rooms can vary in quality based on the fact that people are messy and careless and don't clean up after themselves but usually the staff are right on top of the messes. It is a really good place to come. They have a daycare centre for your children as well as family swim on the weekends

Great facility and great staff. The location isn't bad either, its close to all the amenities so whether your doing your grocery shopping or stopping at Canadian Tire it makes it easy to squeeze in a workout.

Close to 401, newly redesigned interiors, change areas. Good crowd and supportive staff.

Great atmsphere and nice gym to workoutt Be aware People will steal your stuff at this gym, I left my ipod unattended for 5 minutes and was stolen
