There are way too many personal trainers nowadays projecting successful programs to get fit, lose weight, etc. Most of them, unfortunately, are not credible and are compellingly either inexperienced OR do not care about their clients. Enter Pickering's INCREDIBLE Gamma mixed martial arts and their handful of personal trainers. I signed-up for a fitness program to strengthen my low-back and shoulders as I work long shifts in the emergency ward. I worked with Christine under a customized strengthening fitness plan 2 to 3 sessions a week. A few months later, my husband decided to make a change in his health, too. We have a very good outcome. Everybody at the hospital acknowledged my physical change. I stopped drinking 11 cups of coffee to keep me energized. Exercise lowered my level of fatigue and really kept my emotions in check. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
