I love this gym! Old school weights make u feel like your in Pumping Iron and the owner Bill is great dude. Fair prices too. I highly recommend

After going here for nearly 9 months, I have to say it's my favourite. It's a family-like environment, the staff are super helpful, very clean, affordable, has the right equipment to get a solid workout in no matter the muscle group you're after. I love this gym and will continue to go for years to come. Let's go team Excel!!!!

Ive been searching for a good local gym for quite sometime and found this gem. Absolutely incredible vibes and a great place to workout. The owner Bill is super nice and welcoming.

This place is literally the best. I used to come here years ago and just recently signed up again. Bill is one of the nicest gym owners I’ve met. The gym has literally everything you beee, and it’s a great atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it more

Great gym and an even better owner. The new location is clean, and lots of fresh air when the garage doors are open. It normally isn't too crowded so you don't have to wait long for the machines or anything.

Old school non corporate gym.. for ALL levels of fitness .. no high pressure sales.. just go in.. do your thing...and lracr.. follows all covid guidelines and exceptionally clean

Amazing gym. Has everything you need! Has a nice old school feel which is something I love. Bill is like family. Knowing everyone’s names and just being a awesome gym owner. I love this place and can’t wait to get back to it!

I recently joined this gym and I love it. It's cheap, convenient and feels private. It also has everything I'm looking for with a great variety of machines. Bill, the owner is very nice and is extremely welcoming and I'll be looking to make this my go to gym.

Joined this place lately, the manager of the gym is an amazing, welcoming and helpful person. Staff is pretty cool and gym has a lot of equipment. I'd like to say there's 5 seperate sections: 1. A lot of machines like Pec fly, rowing machines and assisted chin ups etc. Right when you walk in through the entrance 2. Boxing: It's got a mini ringsort of, a punching bag, a speed bag, skip rope, battle ropes, gloves and boxes for step ups 3. Weight Room + Barbell section: This room got fancy artwork, a lot of dumbbells, squat racks and a lot of exercise equipment. 4. ‍ Cardio space Upstairs: It has treadmills, ellipticals and different types of bikes. 5. Warm up sort of place Upstairs: It's got smaller dumbbells, kettlebells, Swiss Ball, medicine ball etc. P.S. I'm fairly new to fitness, pardon my references to equipment.

A great gym. Tried and true equipment, great environment, members who are there to work out. This isn't a fashion show here... it's a solid gym with a very competitive monthly fee with no hidden fees. Bill is a solid owner and if you're looking for a real gym, one that isn't a big box gym, you have to at least come in for a visit.
