It's amazing, i love the dojo and  the atmosphere, i have been there for only a month and i have fallen in love w/ the dojo. Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and karate is amazing.

Brought my son for his first Karate class and he loved it!  Sensei Carl Stedmond gently instills focus and discipline in his students while letting them know how AMAZING they truly are!

You could not find a more dedicated, engaged group of professionals! The owners love what they do, and make karate an amazing experience for all ages. Members since 2012. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although I find the arm exercises very strenuous, I continue to try and keep up with the instructors.  I really enjoy the Zumba classes and have found them to be energizing.  Both Bev and Julie are fabulous!

The Harmony Center is great for Karate, Tai Kwon Do and Kick Boxing. I have been a member of the kick boxing club for over 10 years. The kick boxing classes are suitable for teenagers and older, everyone is very friendly and you can learn at your own pace.
