Everyone reading this please make sure you read the agreement. They say there is not contract but don't say that instead there is a commitment period (in other words a contract for a year) when you want to cancel you membership you will pay a cancellation fee. Very disappointing and deceiving! .... AKA this gym location has great equipment and amenities! Nothing wrong with the gym just be mindful of the agreement. Its not them its the corporate office that deceives and force staff.

This location has a pool/hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, women gym, cinema exercise, fitness studio, cycling room plus other specialist. I quite enjoy the variety and I love the kind staff. Please open more gyms with a big pool/hot tub. Swimming is great for all ages. It is worth it.

Pretty good gym, good qty of racks, and some good machines you don't see at all locations. Good free wight section, although it's a bit small. Perfect for workouts in the morning or at lunch as it is not too busy. I wish it was 24 hour on the weekends, the 8pm closing time is quite early.

I visited this location (Oct 1) in an attempt to get a trial membership but was told that I would have to pay a $15 drop-in fee. The trial option is only available online and would take over 24 hours. I was left feeling like an intruder. Despite paying the drop-in fee and assessing the amenities, I would hope that the staff can learn to not treat everyone as if they are trying to beat the system and offer genuine tours and trial options in person as well. I would recommend this location but the customer service needs to be improved, to say the least. Also, I would recommend to offer a person with a brief tour before turning them away and/or forcing them to pay a $15 drop-in fee.

This location is ok. I've never had a problem with staff, but they don't look at me, and I've never spoken to them. Nobody wipes machines off, sitting on someone else ass sweat is gross. Yoga classes were good. Guys in Change room are idiots, on their phones, leaving stuff everywhere, taking up benches. Showers were kinda clean. Overall it's ok, very busy at times. The usual gym rats, listening to music or talking to each other while holding machines from people who actually want to work out. There's a girls who uses a skipping rope in the free weights area, so that's crazy...
