What a great place to train your child! I cannot say enough about this school. My son who is 4 years old- loves going there and I can see him learning and advancing in his practice. In my opinion, the teachers are incredible- so much patience, passion and ability to teach and command the dojo and its students. If you have a child who needs to boost his self esteem this is the place to go! Ask for Colin, Nick, Adam or others and you will be amazed at the change in your child!!!!!! Thank you guys so much!

A place for everyone. No matter how old or physically fit you are, this school is accommodating to all. The instructors are fabulous and the curriculum/styles of martial arts learned are endless. Young children and teenagers can easily find and boost their self-esteem and confidence level by training at this school. Also an excellent way for adults to get in shape, get stronger, and build a healthy lifestyle. I am a better person, physically and mentally, because of this incredible school.

NKS Thornhill is simply THE place to go to get fit and have a blast with amazing people doing so! I signed up about a year ago and at this point I can't even imagine my life without karate. Looking forward to the next year and hopefully many more to come. 💞
