Take these "glowing" reviews with a grain of salt and before you sign up with them PLEASE PLEASE use the free week to test this place out. The place is filthy dirty. Looks like an abandoned place. Rusted , broken equipment. The washrooms aren't cleaned daily. I suspect it's going out of business so they just cut corners on fixing equipment and cleaning the place. I have never seen a dirty, broken down gym like this in my life and that includes out door gyms in other places I lived. Unless your standards are it the gutter, you won't like this place.

Honestly it's a great place for the price especially since it's open 24h a day. But they seriously need to re-do the floors on the basketball court. I don't think I've ever seen it waxed and the hardwood is actually hollow in some spots now. The rims are less than 10 feet and also need to be replaced. Other than that the best gym in the area hands down

Well equipped gym with nice pools and saunas. I go there frequently and it's not over crowded even during rush hours.

I have never been to a gym where the staff was so unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not recommend this gym and I would never come back. Before you sign a contract please tryout the 7 day free trial. My experience at express was extremely unpleasant.

I had been with many gyms and honestly this is a great gym with everything I need or don't need for a good price.
