If you are a member for the Richmond Hill or Vaughan studio (not sure about the other studios), please closely monitor your account. I have been in YT for two years and were charged incorrectly for a few times. It happened to my friend's account too. Now, I need to check my account every now and then to make sure it is correct. There's no way you can complain nor escalate to the owner, apparently they don't care. Classes and instructors are good (that's why I gave 2 stars), unfortunately, the administration is not good. I did yoga to relax but now I am stressful to keep checking my account and have to contact them for corrections. no (Update: Debbie, the cofounder, talked to me tonight to identify and resolve my issues and explained how their system works. I am satisfied with her explanation. Thank you Debbi for your time and your sincerity. Now things are clarified and I have no hesitation to rate it 4 starts)

I've had a great experience in yoga tree, everything is perfect. friendly and caring teachers and person in front desk. Clean and nice studio, I highly recommend to everyone who likes to be good treated

Yoga Tree is a rewarding experience, from the relaxed and inviting atmosphere throughout the studio (the friendly faces that greet you to bright and clean locker rooms and even the small details, like the wonderful complimentary teas), to the variety of yoga class styles offered and the great teachers! Love the Yoga Tree studios!

The most shittiest yoga place I have ever walked into and I travel a lot of work so I go to plenty of yoga places in different cities in Canada. The lady in the front did not even acknowledge to say hi or anything...and this was my first visit to the place and she refused to take me in cause I had to come early and do payment first...wtfff? Every studio I been too big or small never ask for payment before class...wow I feel bad this is poor studio that needs money before they can show their art. I would give only .25 star to this place or not even that! Yoga tree get more professional staff. I came here at 927am on aug 30/2017 due to traffic and I was from Brampton!

Have only had great service here by the friendly and helpful staff. Love the variety of class types and the quality of teachers! Highly recommend to all!
