Convenient. Clean. Gets the job done. Not my favorite location, but if I'm in a hurry and only have a hour to spare, this is where I would go. Not a vast amount of machines/equipment etc but it gets the job done. Some lockers are broken and needs repair but you can always find an empty locker. More on the PRO side: This location has nice natural lighting. The escalator does not work most of the time so you get to exercise more~

Tried this one for the first time made it official very great place and theres one across the street from my work. :) great staff ppl are respectful one or two beef heads that try to intimidate but other wise no worries :) very clean smells good always n super spacious. Very convienant with transit also n location .

Definitely one of the better Goodlifes I’ve been to, considering the fact that it’s in the heart of Toronto, it still seems to not be super busy all the time. There’s a sauna and showers on site too.

It's a huge centre and it's usually not crowded. Well maintained and in two floors
