The only thing good about this Fitness Club is the Body Pump Class on Thursdays. Everything Else is Garbage. The Staff are not that helpful. I asked for a towel two days ago and was given a damp one, when I asked the girl at the reception for a dry one, she seemed really annoyed and threw the new one on the counter for me to pick up. very rude and unprofessional, even though I was nice and polite with her. There is Theft in the locker room even if you lock your things up. They only have one group fitness studio, and it can barely hold 20 people comfortably, if you don't arrive half an hour before class to sign up you may not have a spot. And even if you sign up, you end up jammed in a corner like a sardine. I think they really need to reduce the number of admittance to classes since they have no room to add an additional studio. In the ladies locker room, the floor is very dirty, hair everywhere and the carpet stinks like hell. Overall, I don't recommend going there. And I really wish if the amazing instructors do classes at other locations, I would totally and completely abandon this club.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! It doesn't bother me that the building is bit dated. It is the staff that made me give the 1 star rating. I tried to change my banking information (pretty simple as both my old and new account were open) and they messed up BIG time. First the girl that took my bank information down Does not write it down legibly. Then they don't process it properly so now I have an outstanding balance ( you can cancel my old account but don't put through the new one?). My biggest disappointment is with the manager Excel. He was super nice and took his time when he signed me up but ever since he just rushes by everything (like I'm an inconvenience to his day) and is at times extremely condescending. I also do not like how none of the staff that I spoke to took any accountability for their actions. I spoke to head office to update my balance and I find out that my new banking information still has not been updated as the writing is illegible and there is no void cheque attached. Last week I get a very rushed voicemail from Excel telling me how everything is fixed with head office and can I please pay my balance. My advice: do not do any paper work with this gym. Go to the yorkville or 8 park locations if In the area.

The place is small and the staff is not too friendly. The women's changing room has carpet, which is awful...it smells like feet all the time. They should remove the carpet and install tiles. Also the pool needs upgrading. Generally there is huge space for improvement, given the prime location they are in they shuld make more of an effort.
