Really like this gym. Decent facility but the staff are people that go above and beyond. You're greeted by name at the door after only a few times visiting. They give you a tour right away and help you pick what classes, work outs, and plans you're interested in. Hands down one of the best gym settings I've been to. Thanks to Brendan, Juliano, Kevin, Wendy, and the whole crew here. It's fun getting to workout here. Helps me start my mornings and I look forward to it!

Love this location! Lots of machines and plenty of free weights. And if you are into classes, this location has some of the most offered. Also has a spin studio. Staff and members are all very friendly and nice.

Although it can be crowded during peak times, I can usually always get access to the equipment I need without having to wait long. The staff are friendly, and lockers are always available. However the washrooms are sometimes dirty. Overall though, I much prefer this location to the GoodLife downtown where everyone wears strong perfumes/cologne and some equipment is never available (e.g. squat racks).

Personnel are kind and taking care of all customers. Changing rooms are always clean and there are enough lockers. Cardio are is well ventilated and you never wait for the machines.

Front staff is very friendly but never see any staff putting weights back or helping someone who wasn't paying for a personal trainer. Place is too crowded, not enough mat space or free weight space. Lots of machines. Proper gym attire and hygiene is not enforced. Amazing spin instructors except Thursday afternoon.
