I have always been active and enjoy working out but in 2014 I was getting bored with my workouts and needed inspiration. I searched and tried out a few trainers but the workouts that they put me through were no more challenging than what I was already doing. We stumbled upon 2110 when looking for a fitness gift for our son who had recently moved to the south end of Calgary. We walked in and they were having a "Train the trainer" fundraiser for Christmas and the place was electric - everyone was working hard, laughing and it seemed like one big happy fitness family. I signed up for a personal training session with Christopher and I was shaking and breathing so hard at the end of that first training session that I knew I had found the right fit for me! I have been seeing Christopher once a week ever since and every week he has a new challenge for me. Now my workouts at the gym, at home and on holidays are all inspired by my 2110 workouts with Christopher. The staff are all amazing and when I enter 2110 once a week, I can always be guaranteed that I will be greeted with a friendly smile, good conversation and a kick-ass workout to keep me inspired.
