The combination of very high caliber professional instructors, facilities and exceptional workout programing lays the foundation for the diverse community and interesting culture that exists at this gym. Coach Curtis and his latest protégé Josh keep the classes fun, safe and apply the proper amount of constructive criticism when required. What a privilege to workout at Cross Fit Above All!

Very knowledgeable Trainers , with its of experience. all the people that I trained with are very friendly and supportive of new comer. Very good place for CrossFit training.

CrossFit Above all is unlike other fitness gym I've been to. It's not just working out it's a community and family. No excuse not to show up even with minor injuries, Curtis Laughren will build a customized workout for you to keep you on track for your goals. Fitness level doesn't matter. Very humbling having been athletic and now struggling to get through a work out. If you're looking to challenge yourself, have full body results, be apart of a great supportive community, drop by and try a class.

Out of all the CrossFit gyms I've been a part of over the past few years, this is hands down the best. My first class here reminded me why I love CrossFit in the first place, and it has a great welcoming community
