This plate is great. Friendly staff, nice new equipment, and 24 hour service... what more can you ask for?

Small gym with no locker but open anytime. No classes offered. For that reason a 45$/ month membership is a tad overpriced. Could be worth it for some people if downtown hull location is convenient.

Very bad reimbursement experience that lasts for 3 months. Still can't get money back.

Manager does not clean. Was notified of gum in shower drain and wasn't removed. Was notified of mold on shower curtain and he did not deal with it. I had to wait a week for another employee to be at the gym to handle the shower curtain issue. Still waiting for gum to be removed.
