Good Catch Cafe

The food is super tasty and authentic here. I especially enjoyed the chicken with creamy truffle sauce spaghetti and tomato bisque noodles. It's a plus that the regular items includes a hot/ cold drink with no surcharge. One star is taken off for their service, the waiters don't seem too friendly.

Review base on the Good catch side of the business. Came here on a Friday near closing. Staff was polite and we were able to grab seats half an hour before closing. We noticed the restaurant has turned into a cafe and bar. Plus the menu has changed. We grabbed the truffle fries, Oyster sliders, and the fish and chips. Would recommend trying the oyster slider and truffle fries. The portions have decrease to associate to the 8 dollar menu. The fish and chips used to come with an 16 oz piece of fish. Now only being a 8 oz piece.

Meat lover with spaghetti and black pepper sauce on grill pan - the best steaks combo in Toronto, must try!! All other dishes are in good quality too. Seats are comfortable and clean. Staffs are polite and attentive. Very nice HK style cafe. Over 5 stars

Super authentic HK cafe ! Love it

It was my first time coming here and won't be my last. Food came really fast. Service is great. The shrimp po boy was so tasty. The seafood pasta was a very generous serving. It has a nice chill environment for big groups. Food was decently priced as well. Their ordering method is really nice through their QR code. They provide a nice picture for every item on their ordering site.

This is my first time visit here, I love it ! The service was good and it’s fast !!! I ordered a Set menu A02, it come with a bowl of rice noodle soup, toast and egg ,and also choose of milk tea or coffee ! The noodle soup was yummy, and the scramble egg was nice and soft. Nice location, easy to park your cars and good food. Recommend!!!

Went yesterday and knowing it's Mother's Day so really don't mind the wait and it only took around 15 mins we got a table which is not bad at all. Food quality stays the same every time we went there. The only thing that we weren't happy about was the waiter young with glasses on who took our orders was kind of rude when we ordered 4 dishes which we know all will come with a drink and he repeated only 3 drinks whilst we tried to correct him but he already walked away real fast. When he came with the food of course with only 3 drinks we said to him one drink was missing and I can hear him mumbling that he repeated the 3 drinks so I spoke out loud enough to tell him we ordered 4 dishes and should have 4 drinks and at that point his attitude changed. Not to mention when he took our orders he made no sign of acknowledgment and we have to look at him making sure he was listening as well he did not re-confirm our orders along with the drinks we want.

The Good Catch Cafe & Bar Restaurant is a great place to enjoy some authentic and fusion Chinese cuisine. The soup is particularly delicious, and the noodles are also very good. The ambiance is lovely, and there is a large selection of drinks available. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and the service is excellent. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chinese meal.

Very quick and tasty food. But the food came cold when it arrived to our table. Very nice atmosphere. Super tasty. Just like HK style curry. Fried pork cutlet is very thick, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. All food came out very fast.

The food is very delicious. This establishment has friendly staff, and the food is always good. I always bring my friends here to try some excellent seafood. I also love the atmosphere. They have two sides for people who want to dine there—one trendy atmosphere with big sports television and another more traditional for family settings. I guarantee that if you dine here, you will surely enjoy eating everything they have to offer.
