I have been trying to call them to extend the return but after 45 minutes I haven’t been able to talk to one single person! Someone picks up the phone and puts me on hold.  What is the best and fastest way to talk to someone at this place? I don’t have all the time in the world.

fast and efficient today, with a choice of cars! there are tables with hand sanitizer and plastic dividers between you and the agent, so contact is controlled. the agent was friendly, too!

Bad experience. They called me 20h before the car picking time from my reservation saying they don't have cars. I asked for alternative and solution but they had nothing to propose except saying sorry. I have to find another rental and the prices have increased.

Good prices most of the time, good service, good cars!
