We've been having health problems with our dog and cats recently and Ashley and Shauna have gone above and beyond to offer suggestions and advice to assist us in the diet changes that we've had to make. Ashley has been a wealth of knowledge concerning our dog and Shauna the same for our cats!! Kudos for having staff so well trained in so many areas (including the foods you carry) that a person feels confident that they know what they're talking about. Taking the time to listen and help is huge. Investing in staff training for all things pet related will pay back major dividends to this company! Thanks for all your help these last couple of months!

I had been to the store and ran into a problem due to an employee not properly supervising her dog. When I contacted management about it they dealt with the problem quickly to ensure no other customers would have that experience. Mistakes happen, it's how they are handled that makes the difference.
