The first time I visited the store, I noticed they had almost no Canon DSLR equipment. The second time I visited, I wanted images printed and custom cropped to fit some frames I had already bought, and the guy told me they couldn't do that, then he told me that it would take too much time. When I offered to pay for the time if they would only print to the sizes I needed, they refused (which never was a problem at my old photography store, so I don't know how they couldn't do it here). The third time I visited I was looking to handle a Nikon D750 to see how it would fit in my hands. When I asked the lady at the counter if they carried one, she replied "Oh gosh, you have a camera question!? I can't help you there. I have no idea." I didn't realize asking about a camera in a camera store was such a big deal. Anyways, they didn't have any higher-grade Nikon cameras to look at. So what am I left with? In a city with two Universities, an active arts school and a large photography community, the fact that the only photography store around doesn't even carry any professional equipment baffles me. I'd gladly give Harvey's my business if they'd give me an opportunity to do so. As it is, there's almost nothing in the store I am interested in and every time I enter, I just leave empty-handed.

Friendly staff whom are knowledgeable and practical in suggestions. Honest in their suggestions and weren't trying to gouge for money. They were also very passionate about the local gallery and took the time to suggest a visit.
