Clean, well organised, friendly staff. Pet bath was all ready for us with towels and a nice smelling shampoo. Prices and low and quality of product is excellent.
Love this store. My pups love it here and especially love getting a fluff and puff in the booths in the back! Super helpful and friendly staff as well!
We always consider going to this pet store first before others in town. The self serve dog wash is a welcome must right after a romp in the very close Dog Park down the street as well! They have lots of food options and even frequently give out samples for your pets to try.
Expensive but the staff is super accommodating and helpful. Got my cat a zencollar today and they were super nice setting aside the last one for me. Will definitely go there for any premium pet supplies I need for my fur babies!
If you are looking for things for a dog or cat they have quite a few options. They also carry fish foods that other pet stores don't carry. Had a lovely conversation about fish with the lady working. My overall experience was great!

Great selection of dog food, I've had a hard time finding the right food for my pup. The staff seems very knowledgeable.
Took my little dog for a haircut and shampoo, Girlfriend picked him up afterwards. When I seen how bad of a cut he got I called the store. Talked with Manager, and the Groomer. Told to bring him back in on the 2nd week of March for a free haircut. Now they don't have an appointment for him nor do they want to refund my money. I'll never be back Thanks.
2 staff members 1 customer at counter. No greeting no offer of help yet I was visibly lost as I searched ALL the aisles looking for a light up dog collar attachment. Only thing said was the amount please. I digress as I found my purchase close to front glass nearly hidden behind other display after close to 10 minute search! The door was not yet closed as I was leaving, when the 2 workers broke into huge peals of laughter. Must have been some personal joke? I shall NEVER darken this doorstep again. In my day , this was unacceptable completely. Adios , poorly run outfit.
