I'm not a shopper(meaning I don't like shopping) but was encourage to go to elle mio to get a good bra for my daughters wedding.
I was served very well, I trusted the employee because I was told this was the place to go it get a good bra.  I told the sales lady that I thot it was to big, she assured me it was the perfect size.   I wore it to the wedding and some after but it just didn't fit right. I really wanted the perfect bra to go with my perfect dress.  Fast forward to a year later, I gained 10 lbs. and now I know the bra was too big ! because now it fits perfect.   Lois

Katelyn and her well trained staff are there to help! I've never had a better fitting bra in my life! And it's pretty to boot! 😊

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff!  She came right into the fitting room and helped me adjust my bras.  A little pricier than, say, La Senza...but you get what you pay for!  I am a large breasted woman, and all of my bras eventually pop a wire or rip...the quality at Elle Mio is phenomenal!  I will be a return client!

Horrible customer service (mother and daughter manager-owner duo).. extremely uncomfortable and overpriced bras. Wouldn`t let me return or exchange an item that was bought less than 12 hours ago and still had the tags on because they sized me poorly and the bra fit terribly. Store owner rudely told me that that is their policy, and to have a nice day, before hanging up on me. February 8, 2017.

spend your money elsewhere. this is a terrible small business that does not honor their coupons or their policies.
