Went here when I dropped a family member off at Holy Cross for an appointment. This is a nice little library. I like that it has a lot to offer in a small space. It even has study room and a group work area you can reserve. The selection of books was really good . The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cosy places to read. It's a great little neighborhood library worth checking out if you are in the area.
This is an amazing place as I love reading. It's a great library and a perfect place for kids as well to learn and explore books and stories.nnThere is a special spot for children here and this is an additional feature to make it a family place.nnThere are printers and great tables which are prepared with plugs to charge your phones.nnMasks are required right now in libraries, so you should wear it once you step inside.nnThe staff here is so kind and polite. They answer all your questions with a smile, and they help you whenever any kind of assistance is needed.nnIt's a calm place for you to read any book you need. I recommend it to everyone who loves reading books or stories. I recommend it to every individual and families.
My son tutors here weekly. Every time we have been here the staff is talking loudly at the front , people are on their phones on speaker phone. It is super distracting. Unfortunate because it is within walking distance from our house.
For as long as I can remember I kept being promised for particular books available and I show up to realizing it’s not. I called yesterday to check if the handmaid’s tale book is available which I doubted but the gentleman on the phone told me it’s available at signal hill’s location. I went to pick it up now and staff told me theres 43 holds on it and it’s not available. So clearly the gentleman never checked. Signal hill’s staff directed me to call back giuffre library and talk to them and complain. The lady on the phone answered with “so what can I do for you” on my complaint shift of January 15th Thursday 6:15 pm. Then she advised for next time check yourself on the website and correct next time don’t depend on us. I’m devastated, hire people that know how to speak and to check the website instead of promising something they can’t afford. I needed this book asap for a university project. Thanks giuffre library and never again.
This is a small, cute library. It has a great selection of books. Staff are very helpful. There is a small parking lot & plenty street parking are available.
